Sanskrit / Indian Name Gokshura
 
Tribulus terrestris or Gokshura is a diuretic herb useful in renal stones, dysuria, impotence and kidney dysfunction.
Action
Gokshura helps maintain efficient kidney and urinary functions and reduces renal discomfort.

Indications
  1. Dysuria (painful/ burning micturition)
  2. Crystalluria (Presence of crystals in urine), Urolithiasis (Kidney stones)
  3. Recurrent Urinary tract infections
  4. Kidney dysfunction
Those with severe renal insufficiency / chronic renal disorder need to take this under medical supervision only
Dosage

1 capsule twice a day after meals.

* Recommended only at the age of 14 years and above.
{Since the product is in capsule form, some children below 14 years may have difficulty to swallow.}
