The store displays the entire Himalaya range of head to heel herbal solutions. It is electronically linked to a CRM cell where customer queries can be answered by a panel of doctors. Trained Himalaya personnel at the store will help customers with product literature and information.
With already 3 shop-in-shops in Dharamshala, Himalaya is a recognized brand in the city. When the lovely letters started pouring in from our customers telling us how much they liked our products, we decided to set up an exclusive outlet. Now our customers get to ‘look, feel, read & discuss’ before they buy a Himalaya product.
 Himalaya already has exclusive outlets in Hrishikesh, Mussorie and Dehradun, all of which are very popular with customers. This was further encouragement to give the people of Dharamshala a Himalaya store of their own. An interesting thing about the place is the diverse population; being a tourist destination a lot of people travel to Dharamshala from across the country and overseas. This allows us to touch the lives of so many people from around the world.
