Liv.52 shortens the duration of the symptoms associated with hepatitis. Liv.52 also influences the course of viral hepatitis favorably with earlier recovery and reduced risk of complications. Liv.52 HB has potent antiviral properties.  Liv.52 HB suppresses the replication of Hepatitis B viral DNA by binding to the surface antigen HbsAg and eliminating the Hepatitis B virus by the inhibition of reverse transcriptase. Liv.52 HB protects the hepatic parenchyma and promotes hepatocellular regeneration.
