The final module focused on Nurturing Nature . This dealt with the issue of soil pollution. Students learned about the causes of land degradation, health impacts of soil pollution and analyzed the effects of agriculture, industry and urbanization on soil degradation.

Through a banner competition, students were able to express their views on what collective actions needs to be taken to protect our planet. Some interesting suggestions included making small changes in the way we live like taking the bus instead of private transport, living in skyscrapers to save space and starting tree plantation drives to make Bangalore a 'heaven city'!
